This project falls under the SDA Masterplan 2035 – Phase 3, covering the strategic stretch from Lasjan to Nowgam, and is being executed under the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in collaboration with ISDA, SMC, R&B, and JKSC. The development features a 560-metre-long flyover, designed along the new alignment of NH-44 from Pampore to the Lasjan Bypass, with an estimated project cost of ₹1.03 crore.

Phase One of the project involved the complete Architectural and Structural BIM development, carried out using Autodesk Revit and industry-standard BIM workflows. This phase did not include MEPF or coordination deliverables, and was strictly limited to architectural planning, structural modeling, and detailed construction documentation.
The project falls under the Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA) initiative of the J&K Government, aimed at upgrading essential public infrastructure across the region—especially hospitals, education facilities, and public-service institutions.

We also delivered the full structural and geotechnical engineering scope, including detailed structural analysis, seismic-resistant design, soil investigation, and foundation planning. The integrated approach ensured a safe, durable, and high-performance building capable of accommodating heavy footfall and long-term operational reliability.

The project scope was multi-disciplinary, encompassing critical geotechnical investigation, detailed structural design, and comprehensive architectural modeling.
